These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dream Reels LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as Object Cinema ("Object Cinema", "we", "us"). They govern your use of objectcinema.ai and the Object Cinema Studio service (the "Service").
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Object Cinema Studio makes still images and 15-second videos of your product, on a model or on its own, using artificial-intelligence models operated by third parties. You upload a photograph of your product and give us a brief: a look you choose, or a brief you write. We make the images and video from that brief, and a small review team, led by our creative director, checks every order before it is delivered.
The people shown are not real people. They are generated for your brief. We only show adults.
Three things follow from the fact that this is AI generation, and we would rather say them here than have you discover them:
Results vary. Two runs of the same brief will not produce the same picture. Fine detail — small text on a label, a complex logo, an unusual material, the exact geometry of a moving part — may be reproduced imperfectly or not at all. We do not promise that any output will reproduce your product exactly.
The free image and the free preview show the direction, not a finished order. The free preview is made automatically and no person checks it before you see it. Seeing or downloading either does not mean you have accepted a paid deliverable, and it does not give up any right you have if we then fail to deliver, deliver something broken, or deliver something materially different from your brief. Section 3 explains what happens when we cannot deliver.
We make no promise about how outputs perform or where they are accepted. We do not guarantee advertising results, conversion, reach, or that any output will be accepted by Meta, Google, Amazon, a marketplace, a retailer, a printer, or any other platform. Platform rules change and are outside our control.
We aim to deliver each brief by the end of the next business day after it is sent to production, for up to 10 briefs a day per account (Section 3). Business days are Monday to Friday, US Central time, excluding US federal holidays. This is a target and not a guarantee; Section 3 says what happens if we are late.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access. Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page to request a password-reset email. We do not currently offer multi-factor authentication. If you cannot access your email or the reset does not work, contact support.
Accounts are for you or the organisation you are authorised to act for. You may not share one account across separate businesses to evade purchase limits. An agency may use one account, and one plan, for the brands of all the clients it works for.
3. Plans, payment and refunds
Free. An account can run the free photo check and receive one free image. While our daily capacity lasts, we then make one free preview from that image: a 15-second video. It is shown small, with our watermark across it, and it is made automatically: no person checks it before you see it. We ask you to confirm your email address with a code before we make the free preview, before you download anything and before you buy. If we made sample films for your agency, they are your agency's free preview: an account whose email downloaded them, or one on your agency's work email domain, does not also get a free preview.
Your free preview can be your first order. If you choose a plan and send the same brief for the same product, we use the free preview, full size and without the watermark, as that order's video. It is checked like any order before it is delivered, and it uses one video from your plan.
Plans. Studio is sold as a monthly subscription.
| Plan, per month | Videos | Images |
|---|---|---|
| $499 | 4 | 5 |
| $999 | 10 | 15 |
| $1,999 | 25 | 30 |
We show the price in US dollars, and that it renews every month, before Stripe takes payment. Your Stripe receipt records each charge.
Renewal. Your plan renews automatically every month, on the day of the month you first paid, and Stripe charges your card or bank account each month until you cancel. A payment from a US bank account (ACH Direct Debit) takes up to 4 business days to clear; that month's videos and images are added when it clears, not before. Each paid month adds that plan's videos and images to your account.
Launch price. The monthly price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as your subscription continues. If your subscription ends and you subscribe again later, the price shown on objectcinema.ai at that time applies.
Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page (Manage or cancel) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Any videos and images you have not used by then end with it. We do not refund the rest of a month when you cancel.
Changing plans. You can move to a bigger plan at any time from your account. You pay the difference between the two plans for the rest of your current month straight away, the extra videos and images are added to your current month at once, and from your next renewal, on the same day as before, you pay the bigger plan's price. If your plan is paid from a bank account, the difference is debited from that account, and the extra videos and images are added and the bigger plan starts when that payment clears, usually within 4 business days. To move to a smaller plan, email [email protected]; it starts at your next renewal.
What carries over. Videos and images you do not use in a month carry over for one more month while your plan continues, then expire. The oldest are used first. Your account page shows what you have left and when it expires.
What a video is. Each video is 15 seconds in four to six shots, each a different framing, delivered in three sizes: vertical, portrait and square.
How a plan is used. Your videos and images can be used across any of your products, including the products of clients you work for. Each brief you send to production uses one video and a share of your images; the screen shows what a brief will use before you send it.
What you brief is what we make. There is no approval step. A new direction is a new brief and uses another video from your plan. Results vary as described in Section 1: we do not promise that any image or video will reproduce your product exactly.
If a delivered video changes your product. Tell us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We remake the affected shots or return the video and its images to your plan.
Changes to a delivered video. Within 7 days of delivery you can also ask for one round of changes to any shots of a video, for any reason, at no cost. A further round of changes to the same video uses one video from your plan. The product errors above are always fixed at no cost. Ask for changes, including a product error, from the video's order page; for anything else, write to [email protected].
Delivery. We aim to deliver by the end of the next business day after a brief is sent to production. That applies to the first 10 briefs an account sends to production on any one day; each further 10 sent that day are due one business day later, in the order they were sent. The screen shows the day a brief is due before you send it. If a brief has not been delivered by the end of the second business day after the day it was due, you may cancel that brief and choose either to have its video and images returned to your account or to have that video's share of the month's payment refunded.
If we cannot deliver a brief. If we are unable to deliver a brief, we return its video and images to your account or, if you ask, refund that video's share of the month's payment to the card or bank account you paid with. A refund is initiated by us; your card issuer or bank controls when it appears on your statement. A cancelled or unpaid checkout does not start a plan or charge you through us.
If you change your mind. Within seven days after your first payment, if nothing has been sent to production, email [email protected] for a full refund, and your plan ends. A renewal is not refunded because a month went unused: cancel before your renewal date to stop the next charge. Once a brief has been sent to production, a change of preference alone does not entitle you to a refund. A broken result, a delivery failure or a billing error remains our responsibility regardless of that window. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law or your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.
Packs bought earlier. Packs bought before plans were introduced keep working as bought: they do not expire and nothing renews. The delivery and refund terms above apply to them, with "your pack" in place of "your account" and "the share of your pack that the brief used" in place of "that video's share of the month's payment".
Price changes. We may change prices and what plans include for new subscriptions. Changes will be posted on objectcinema.ai. We will not raise the price of your plan while your subscription continues, and we will email you at least 30 days before any change to what your plan includes, so you can cancel before it applies.
Support. Support is by email at [email protected].
4. Your uploads
4.1 Rights you need to have
By uploading anything to the Service you confirm that you have the rights necessary to do so and to have the result made. That includes your product photographs, packaging artwork, labels, logos, brand assets, inspiration or reference images, and any text you provide.
Do not upload someone else's product photography, a competitor's packaging, stock imagery you have not licensed for this purpose, or a reference image you found online and do not have rights to. If you are working on behalf of a brand, make sure the brand has authorised you.
4.2 What we do with them
You keep everything. We do not acquire ownership of your photographs, your products, your packaging, your logos or your trademarks, and nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to us.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, reformat and process your uploads solely in order to operate the Service for you — which necessarily includes transmitting them to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy so that generation can happen. This licence exists only to run the Service and ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that persist in routine backups and at providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.3 What we do not do with them
We do not use your uploads or your generated results in our marketing, on a public gallery, in a portfolio, in a case study, or in any advertising, and we do not offer them for anyone to train models on. If we would like to feature your work, we will ask you separately and you are free to say no; permission of that kind is a separate, optional opt-in and is never bundled into these Terms or into signup.
We do not sell your content.
We cannot control what the third-party AI providers do with material we send them under their own terms. Our Privacy Policy sets out, provider by provider, what each one says about training and retention, including where we have not been able to verify a claim.
4.4 Photographs containing people
The Service is built for products, not portraits, and we do not offer a likeness or face feature.
If a person appears in something you upload — a hand holding the product, a model in a lifestyle shot, a face on packaging — you are confirming that you have that person's permission for their image to be processed by AI systems and used in the resulting material, and that the permission covers the actual use you intend. Ticking a box on our site does not create that permission and cannot substitute for it. Where a person is under 18, only a parent or legal guardian can give it.
Some US states have specific statutes covering biometric identifiers and the use of a person's likeness, with meaningful penalties. If you are not certain you hold the necessary permission, do not upload the image.
4.5 Complaints about uploaded content
If you believe material on the Service — an uploaded photograph, packaging artwork, a reference image, or a generated result — infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Rights complaint" and include: what you own and how we can verify that; where the material is (a link or an account and product name); a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised; your name and a way to contact you; and, for a copyright claim, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will acknowledge within five business days, remove or disable access to material that a complete notice identifies, and tell the account holder, who may respond. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. Object Cinema is a private tool — uploads and results are visible only to the account that made them — so most complaints will concern content a customer has published elsewhere; in that case the complaint belongs with the publisher, but we will still act on the copy held here.
5. Generated results and using them commercially
This section is longer than most terms would make it, because the honest position is more complicated than "you own the output".
5.1 What we grant you
As between you and us, once the payment for the plan month or pack the work comes from has been made, we grant you all the rights we hold in the images and video the Service generates for you, and we do not restrict your commercial use of them. You may use them in advertising, on your website, on marketplaces, in print and on social media. We do not require attribution to us.
The free image is yours to use the same way. Sample films we made for your agency, once downloaded, may be used for that client the same way as paid work. You may share the free preview as it is, but please do not remove or cover the watermark.
We do not claim ownership of your outputs and we do not use them for our own purposes.
5.2 What we cannot grant you
We cannot grant rights we do not have. The Service uses third-party AI models under their applicable terms. The video generation service currently used is identified as available for commercial use, including by downstream customers, under the applicable paid-service terms. You must have the necessary rights to your uploaded material and your intended use of the results. Commercial-use permission does not guarantee that every output is free of third-party rights or eligible for copyright protection. We have not yet confirmed whether third-party attribution is required for all output delivered through our generation-service account; any applicable provider attribution requirement remains separate from our own policy of not requiring attribution to Object Cinema.
AI output may not be protected by copyright. The US Copyright Office's published position is that purely AI-generated material is not protected by copyright, because there is no human author, and that a text prompt alone does not make the person who wrote it the author of the image. That means we cannot assign you a copyright that may not exist. Where your own copyrighted material is visible in the result — your product photograph, your packaging artwork, your logo — your rights in that material continue. Your own creative selection, arrangement and editing of AI material can attract its own protection.
Outputs are not exclusive. The models can produce the same or a very similar image for someone else. Several of the providers say so expressly in their own terms. Nothing stops a competitor generating something that looks much like your output.
We do not clear rights. We do not check outputs against trademarks, trade dress, designs, or anyone else's copyright, and we do not promise that any output is free of third-party rights. We give no non-infringement warranty and no IP indemnity, and none of our providers gives us one that we could pass through.
5.3 Check before you publish
AI-generated imagery can invent detail. Please look at what you are about to publish and confirm that the label text is right, the ingredient or specification claims are accurate, the packaging matches what you actually ship, the colour is true, and that nothing in the frame implies a certification, an endorsement, an award or a partnership that does not exist. Advertising-standards and consumer-protection rules apply to you as the advertiser.
This is your responsibility because you know your product and we do not. It is not a general excuse for us: if the Service fails, produces a broken file, charges you incorrectly or delivers something materially different from your brief, Section 3 still applies.
Say that it is AI-generated where you are required to. Everything the Service makes is AI-generated from your photographs. Some platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Amazon among them) require AI-generated or AI-altered media to be labelled when it is uploaded, and some jurisdictions require disclosure in advertising. Those rules bind you as the publisher and change often; we do not add watermarks or labels for you, and we do not check whether a given use requires one. Our results may carry embedded provenance metadata from the AI providers, which we do not strip.
5.4 Audio
The Service does not currently deliver sound. Videos are silent. If we add music or sound design later, the rights position for audio is separate from the rights position for images and we will describe it before it ships.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- create or promote anything unlawful, or to breach advertising, consumer-protection or product-safety rules;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, trade dress, design right or other intellectual property — including generating imagery of a product you do not have rights to;
- misrepresent a product: fabricating certifications, awards, endorsements, test results, ingredients or specifications, or depicting a product with properties it does not have;
- imply an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist, including using another company's marks or trade dress;
- process an image of a person without the permission described in Section 4.4, or generate anything sexual involving a minor (we report this to the authorities without exception);
- create material that harasses, defames or threatens anyone;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or resell access to the underlying models, scrape the Service, evade plan or usage limits, run automated load against it, or otherwise interfere with its operation or with other customers' use of it.
If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us before you generate it.
7. Suspension and termination
If you breach these Terms we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. We may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice where the breach is serious — sexual content involving minors, clear infringement, fraud, or activity that threatens the Service or other customers.
If we suspend or terminate your account for breach, your plan ends, what is left of it or of any pack may be forfeited, and we may remove the content involved. If we terminate your account for a reason other than your breach, we will end your plan and refund the unused share of the month you have paid for and of any pack.
You can close your account at any time. Closing it also cancels your plan, and what is left of it is given up. Section 8 explains what happens to your content.
8. Storage, retention and deletion
We keep your uploads and results while your account is open. You can download them at any time, and you can ask us to delete them.
If you have never paid for a plan or a pack, we may remove your uploaded photographs, your free image and your free preview 90 days after they were made. Your account stays open and you can upload again.
If you ask us to delete your content, or to close your account, we do that within 30 days of the request rather than waiting.
Please keep your own copies. We are not a backup service and we do not promise indefinite storage.
Some records survive deletion: routine backups roll off on their own schedule and are not individually edited; billing and tax records are retained as the law requires; and copies held by the AI providers that processed your material are governed by their retention terms, described in our Privacy Policy. We cannot promise immediate erasure from every backup or from every provider, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Failed and abandoned jobs. Work that fails or is abandoned mid-way leaves partial files behind; these are removed as part of routine housekeeping and are covered by the same deletion process.
Availability. We aim to keep the Service running but we do not offer a service-level guarantee, scheduled-maintenance notice or compensation for downtime. The Service depends on third-party providers and can be interrupted by their outages.
9. Changes to the Service
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will post it on objectcinema.ai. A change to a future offer does not alter a month or a pack already paid for.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that outputs will meet your requirements, or that outputs will be free of third-party rights.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded; where that is the case, this section applies only as far as the law permits.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Dream Reels LLC from third-party claims, and reasonable legal costs, arising from: content you uploaded without the rights described in Section 4; your use of generated results in breach of Section 5 or Section 6; or your breach of these Terms. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and you may control its defence, provided any settlement that admits fault on our part or imposes an obligation on us needs our agreement, not to be unreasonably withheld.
This indemnity does not apply to a claim arising from our own breach of these Terms or our own unlawful act.
13. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email [email protected] describing the problem and what you would like done. We will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. Most things are settled this way.
If it cannot be resolved, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.
There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these Terms. If you are a consumer, this section does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, where local law gives you that right.
14. General
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and previous versions remain available at objectcinema.ai/legal/. For material changes we will give notice in the Service before they take effect. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. We record which version you accepted and when.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
Survival. Sections 4.1, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.
